MACHU PICCHU TOUR ITINERARY:

We pick you up from your hotel in Cusco 1 hour before your scheduled train departs and then drive you to the designated train station to board the train. Then, we begin the 4-hour spectacular train journey to the town of Aguas Calientes (2,000 m). In Aguas Calientes our guide will be waiting to take you to the bus station for your 30-minute bus ride of 400 m. uphill along a zigzagging road to reach the incredible Wonder of the World, "The Sanctuary of Machu Picchu", known as "The Lost City of the Incas". Here, we will have pleasure taking a professional-guided tour visiting the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar Clock, the Royal Quarters, the Temple of the Three Windows & the cemeteries for more than two hours. Later, you will have free time to stroll around the citadel and eat a delicious lunch in one of the several restaurants in Aguas Calientes. Afterwards, we will take you to the train station to catch your transport back to Cusco.
