Some of the most outstanding sites of Peru are Machu Picchu, Titicaca Lake and Cusco city. You can enjoy your vacations discovering Machu Picchu citadel shrouded in mystery, and to this day archaeologists have not uncovered the history and purpose of this city of stone. Puno and Titicaca Lake according to legend, were the cradle of the Inca civilization, as Manco Capac, the first Inca, rose from
the waters of Lake Titicaca, under the orders of the divinities, to found the Inca Empire. Lake Titicaca at 3,815m/11,500 ft is the world's highest navigable lake and the second largest in South America.
