The 3-day Apurimac River Expedition is an exciting combination of class III-V rapids, and the stunning landscapes of the Apurimac Canyon. The river runs in the high Andes between Cusco and Arequipa. One of our most popular rafting sections during the season is the Chuquicahuana section of the river on the Upper Vilcanota. There are good class II & III rapids and the water is not contaminated. This section of the river is more intense with adrenaline; on the Chuquicahuana section of the river we will include a safety Cataraft or Kayak.

Horseback riding in Cusco-Peru, this is a longer riding trip that sees the most important sites on the highlands between Cusco and the Urubamba valley, with a constant view of snowcapped mountains on the other side of the river. We travel over gentle green hills and pass through picturesque small towns.
